A preliminary agreement with the expert(s) (covering interest, tentative dates, training format) must be obtained before submitting the application. A short letter of consent from the expert must also be included.
Detailed planning, including programme content, final dates, and logistics, begins after the grant is awarded.
If the expert becomes unavailable after approval, you may:
- propose a different expert and programme; or
- keep the programme and change only the expert.
All changes must be approved by the PACED team. Expert replacement is acceptable provided that training quality, budget, and timing are unaffected.
