  • Philosophy of Palliative Care
    A deep dive into the fundamentals of palliative medicine, including its history, ethics, and principles of caring for patients in the final stages of life. Participants will explore a holistic approach to alleviating suffering and supporting the quality of life for patients and their families.

  • Operation of Mobile Palliative
    Care Units
    This track covers the basics of mobile team operations, including organising home care assistance, communicating with patients and their families, and overcoming challenges associated with providing palliative care at home.


  • Training for Palliative Care Nurses
    This specialised training is designed for nurses and covers daily duties in patient care, symptom control, care activities, communication with patients and their families, and strategies for preventing emotional burnout.

  • Nyuta Federmesser
    Founder of the VERA Hospice Charity Fund, the first Russian charity supporting hospices and their patients.

  • Foster interdisciplinary interaction and exchange of experiences among specialists from different fields
  • Support the professional and personal development of participants in palliative care

  • Professional Background

    Applicants should pursue careers in healthcare or related fields, focusing on palliative care.

    You can download a CV template to describe your experience.

  • Motivation Letter

    A brief letter explaining your interest in palliative care, how you plan to apply the knowledge gained, and what you hope to contribute to the field.
  • Language Proficiency

    Since the programme is conducted in English and Russian, applicants must have a proficient level of English or Russian to fully engage with the curriculum.

Applications will be reviewed after the application deadline. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in this transformative learning experience to enhance their skills and understanding of palliative care.
