Who Is It Designed For? Palliative care professionals from Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and the Baltic States.

Maximum grant amount: £2,000.
Please ensure your proposed budget stays within this limit and include a detailed breakdown.
If a visa is needed, the selected event must occur no earlier than three months after the results are announced.

Individual Track
No. You may select any event related to palliative care that fits your professional interests, as long as it occurs in 2026.
Yes. You may submit multiple applications for different events. Each application will be reviewed and assessed independently.
That is acceptable. During the application stage, a link to the event, a brief justification, and a preliminary budget are sufficient.
Please get in touch with us. You can choose an alternative event if it matches the grant objectives and falls within the approved budget.
Yes, there are no restrictions. Furthermore, if your application scored highly in previous cycles, this could be seen as an extra advantage. Applications from previous grant recipients are evaluated on the same basis as all others.
Yes. As in previous years, you must submit written confirmation from your direct supervisor verifying that you are authorised to be absent from work during the event dates. The letter must include the supervisor’s signature and the organisation’s official stamp. A comprehensive list of required documents is provided in the application form.
